      3.3. If any package is visibly damaged, it is mandatory to note and sign on the courier’s delivery note (either on paper or digital support, PDA) with the statement: “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED.”
      3.4. Failure to sign a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED at the time of delivery and later providing images showing visible damage will result in the automatic rejection of the claim.
   4. Reporting Incidents
      4.1. Any incident regarding a received order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
      4.2. Reports should include clear photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
      4.3. Failure to report an incident within the specified timeframe may result in the inability to process a claim.

      5.2. Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
      5.3. Refunds will be processed upon verification of the returned goods.
      5.4. We will not accept the return in any case of perfect condition products.
